Trust Administration

Trust Administration occurs after the death of the grantor and before distribution of trust assets to the spouse and beneficiaries.
NEET is available to assist you in all aspects of trust administration in Vermont.

If a loved one has recently died, it is important that you act within certain deadlines, particularly for some common trusts that use disclaimers or other time-sensitive provisions.

If you have questions about administering a trust in Vermont, or are seeking solutions for what to do about wrapping up the affairs of a loved one who had a trust-based estate plan, call NEET to schedule a meeting.
